About ME
I am a freelance learning and development consultant offering bespoke services to clients in the health and social care sector. I bring over 20 years of nursing experience and more than a decade as an educator; offering a range of services that support all aspects of learning and development.
My bespoke services include a wide range of training and education, clinical supervision, action learning set facilitation, training needs analysis, strategy development, support with clinical governance & policy creation, incident investigation & organisational learning, and leadership training & development.
My educational toolkit includes PGCE and RNT qualifications; teaching across all palliative care subjects at specialist level, clinical skills teaching, clinical supervisor, facilitating team building and development workshops, leadership training and presenting at regional and national events.

Clinical Supervision
I can provide clinical supervision for individuals or groups, reflective de-brief and action learning, along with other models of reflective and resilience informed support, all tailored to your needs.

Creating and delivering training in
Leadership and Management, Communications Skills, Clinical Supervision and Reflective Practice and a wide range of subjects to support learning and development in the charity and health and social care sector.
